Contributions to Californians Against Higher Property Taxes are not subject to any contribution limits and can be accepted from any source other than foreign principals.

Contributions to Californians Against Higher Property Taxes are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

All contributions of $100 or more will be disclosed on the Committee’s campaign reports; contributions from individuals must be accompanied by the donor's occupation and employer information.  Contributors to California state and local political committees, including Californians Against Higher Property Taxes, of $10,000 or more in a calendar year will trigger their own campaign disclosure obligations.
